Location, parking facility.

Staff was rude. He said he can give rooms for earlier checkin if it's walk-in but since you booked we can't. He was also showing partiality giving examples saying we can't give you suite if u just booked a deluxe right. I. Front of me he was giving earlier checkin for people and reason was the above mentioned like wakin and suite room. They charge extra for roof top for just beating around the bush music so don't go for it if u feel that's some pub as you will waste money

Breakfast was delicious and staff were excellent.

The line in the room was dirty. The bedsheets smelled damp and were not clean. The bed was lumpy. The towels were brown and a stained colour and did not look clean at all.
