What I disliked is in every bill they would round up bill charges and charge extra which was more of a scam that is the only part I disliked

Location, food, cleanliness, property management

No dedicated person for adventure activities. One person manages both kayaking and adventure activities. Waited for 45 minutes but no one came to facilitate the activities

Spa was good and dinner food was good.

Cleanliness overall was ok. It could be considered as a 3* but not 4*. Gyms equipments not cleaned for months and equipments not working properly, gym ac not working , pathways to hotel rooms needs more cleanliness . Overall I would say not value for money for the amount being charged . I can rate it 3* and charges are equivalent to 4/5*
