Great location, good staff, very clean room

Breakfast can be improved Juice was mixed with water

The restaurant was very good. The complimentary breakfast was fairly covered and the quality was good. They obliged and made lunch we ordered rotis and veg gravy...it was really good and tasty

The parking is tight and needs exceptional skills to park underground and retrieve the car out..🚗 However the security helped-out to guide you

I had booked 2 rooms for 4 people but they provided 2 suit rooms for 8 people. They didn't agree to change to 1 room for 4 people since the suit room had facility to accomodate 4 people. Also 24 hours checkout they didn't allow since I booked through online. I had to pay 1 room rent charge unnecessary and I had to take another room for after 12 pm for a few hours. In addition there was no A/C provided.

The stay was very comfortable and staff was approachable

The single bed was very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping in a ditch. Only this one was an issue. Rest everything was good.

Ceiling fan was placed far away from bed. No tea coffee kits were given. Bathroom was smelling at the night. Some air refreshner should have been in place.

Breakfast . It was the only let down for us. We are not liking spicy foods and neither rice at breakfast. Some butter should be provided for toast. Coffee was not there also. No fruits either.
