The looks were good when we entered the room but they were deceptive. I liked the maintainance of the toilet.

Beds and lenins can be much cleaner and comfortable. The first look on the bed was very bad, It was full of hair as though the bed was not changed. And when we called the housekeeping to change they did it but the bed was very uncomfortable, it was going inside when we slept on it. There is no soap dispenser with liquid wash or a soap provided near the basin. They are providing tea kettle without tea or coffee sachets. These are the basic things we expect when we spend around Rs.1900 + for a night.

Very good location and very nice room

It was pretty clean and the location was superb.

They could provide teabags

Everything was fine. Standard room.

Just a few stains on the bed. Common in most hotels.

Check out time staff was very delay and trying to cheat without giving balance amount of advance. After asking he made drama and return balance amount.

It was mistake of booking. Com that while booking the room not guided that room doesn't have air condition, resulted in this summer we have to stay in non ac room, request pls update your website and information of hotels you are offering to your clients. Thanks
