Hotel staff was very polite and helpful and they did their best to make things as good as possible

This is surely not a 3 star place. You will get a shock if you expect standards of a 3 star hotel. Cleanliness was poor (bed sheets and pillow covers). However they changed it when I requested to change. Also credit card payment was not available , so I had to withdraw cash to pay.
