Absolutely rubbish hotel, water supply was stopped repeatedly, geyser pipe was also out, there was no cleaning, roaches were roaming on the wall, and the amount paid was much more than the service provided.

The day of the checkin the receptionist calls up from the hotel to inform that he is going to club 2 rooms to a dormitory and would charge for the same. and When 1 room guests wanted to cancel the stay the hotel asks us to cancel a non refundable booking at the last moment. This is unfair that we pay a 5 bed dormitory price for 3 people when we did not book a dormitory in the 1st place.
