Not much, we ended up cancelling and the owner was understanding. Fine if you’re on a budget and willing to accept under maintained facilities and happy to travel for meals in Ubud.

The room had a bad smell and we asked for something and weren’t helped, the facilities were not well maintained and seemed abandoned, the entrance is next to a construction site which looked like a rubbish tip, also cars can’t access the long driveway and it was very muddy in front of the rooms. The staff had limited English which made it a bit more challenging.

The view was really nice. The shower was also great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The place was quite noisy. We were woken up every single night from noise coming from the courtyard behind the hotel. This isn't the hotels fault of course, but it was unpleasant. At one point someone starting playing music at 3am which woke us up. Some of the other guests were also quite noisy. It also rained a lot during our stay, which wasn't an issue until I was woken up several times during the night because the roof leaked. The next day the stains on the canopy made it obvious that this had happened before so we didn't bother asking about it at the reception. The breakfast isn't recommended, it was cold (even the fried egg) and clearly not freshly made. Not worth the price.

Friendly staff, beds really comfy and my one had a mosquito net around it which was helpful/needed, I was able to book a floating breakfast (for one person) however it was raining in the morning so I cancelled - they still wanted me to pay for it but I refused

The rooms majorly need better cleaning - lots of dust/hair/bugs etc especially under the bed, the netting around the bed had stains on it, towels also had stains, spotted some animals sitting in the beams in the roof, TV didn’t have any signal (can only use apps on it), air con was leaking and dripping on to the floor, pool was smaller than expected, not many restaurants around the hotel and it’s a half an hour walk into the centre so you’re a bit out of the way and the Gojek/grab apps don’t always deliver there

-AC was loud -constructions in front of the hotel -you have to look for the staff for more than 5 min to finally get an answer -asked for a floating breakfast but they said they don't have it -asked for normal breakfast and it was horrible
