Nature of staff very bad

Receptionist didn't allow us to hotel. They said, oyo don't confirm about your booking. And the guy seat at reception is heavily drunk

There was nothing to be liked about the property.

People managing this hotel are not actually managing the hotel. When it was just a 10 min delay for checkout, the owner came in to our friends room who were getting ready but she didn’t care and threw the luggage outside. This place is NOT SUITABLE for Family stay.

I already paid half money for this property but I don't get any room there...I want my money back.

They ask more amount . Booking.com should take serious action, on asking more amount and because property is not worth to stay there

They did not gave us room after reservation also Very bad One lady of staff who is on counter she did not gave room She asked for 2000 rupees Room was of 500 We have 500 rupees then she said then no room for you Very bad very bad Worst hotel in Kolhapur

First thing to say, receptionist of this property was terribly impolite and dishonest. As i booked through app and was about to pay sum of a money. He refused to accept the money showing on the app and asked for extra money like 1000rupees more. further he was blabbering that we don’t come under booking.com thingy, we’ve been regulated by Oyo, Until and unless oyo updates us on your booking we can’t accept your original booking amount. I entreat you please look into it, as i already paid extra charge for no reason just because I didn’t have any option at midnight for stay so it won’t happen with someone else. If possible help me to get refund of 1k which i already squandered.
