Atendimento super atencioso por parte dos funcionários. Boa localizacao, longe do centro mais ruidoso e de transito de ubud mas perto de mota.

Pequeno almoco fraco. Porta da varanda nao fechava muito bem. Toalhas um pouco manchadas. Fraca manutençao nas villas.

Villa au top. L’accueil était très chaleureux. L’équipe Poka est a votre service à toutes heures et leur service est irréprochable. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons et servi dans votre chambre à l’heure que vous souhaitez. Plusieurs options s’offrent à vous pour romantisme votre séjour, entre les personnalisation de piscine, de bain, dîner romantique etc.. vous pouvez également vos vêtements à la laverie de l’hôtel. Ce fut une lune de miel excellente merci encore à l’équipe qui s’est occupée de nous du debut à la fin de ce séjour ! Chaïma

The team arranged everything for my wife’s birthday and made the celebration unforgettable — from the flower pool decoration to the thoughtful details throughout our stay. The staff were extremely cooperative, kind, and attentive. Their warmth and professionalism turned our trip into a beautiful memory. Nous venons tout juste de quitter la villa… et elle nous manque déjà énormément. Avant tout, un immense merci à toute l’équipe. La gentillesse des femmes et des hommes qui travaillent ici est tout simplement incroyable. Nous n’avons jamais rencontré des personnes aussi attentionnées, toujours aux petits soins, avec une sincérité et une bienveillance rares. Un remerciement tout particulier à Gita ❤️ Une personne magnifique, toujours souriante, à l’écoute, et profondément gentille. Elle s’est occupée de nous pendant tout notre séjour avec une attention remarquable. La quitter a été un vrai pincement au cœur… Elle a rendu notre expérience encore plus spéciale. Et bien sûr, merci également à toutes ses collègues qui ont contribué à rendre ce séjour inoubliable. La villa avec piscine privée était absolument parfaite : propre, paisible, et idéale pour une lune de miel. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, nous avons adoré chaque instant passé ici. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est également incroyable : nous y avons mangé tout notre séjour et tout était délicieux, avec un rapport qualité-prix exceptionnel. C’est un endroit que nous recommandons les yeux fermés. Merci encore pour tout, nous repartons avec des souvenirs magnifiques 🎀🌸🩷

​An excellent 5-star experience in our honeymoon ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ​Our stay was a wonderful experience thanks to the warmth of the service and the beauty of the facilities. The hotel features a beautiful natural environment, with spaces full of flowers that create a very peaceful atmosphere at all times. ​The room was incredibly comfortable and very spacious, with the great advantage of having plenty of places to keep our things organized. We thoroughly enjoyed the private pool and bathtub, and we also appreciated having air conditioning, reliable Internet, and a mosquito net for protection that allowed us to rest with total peace of mind. Having spa access included was also a fantastic detail for relaxing. ​Regarding the gastronomy, the food is of magnificent quality and flavor, while also being very affordable for the high standard of the dishes offered. However, the best part of everything was the kindness of the entire staff. They are excellent people, extremely attentive to every detail, and provide exceptional hospitality. If we were to return in the future, it would undoubtedly be because of the excellent way they took care of us. Highly recommended!
