Le personnel était exceptionnel en particulier Syntia qui m’a très bien accueillie et toujours été disponible et serviable.

Toilet seat is bit old needs to change. There were stains on it. Shower area also needs to be cleaned.

خدمة الواي فاي سيئة وبطيئة جداً حتى عندما تريد استعمال شبكتك الخاصة فأنها سيئة في تلك المنطقة بالكامل وسخان الماء ينتهي بسرعة فقط يكفي لشخص واحد ..

Nyugodt hely az esőerdőben. Tiszta mindenki kedves. Minden kérést teljesítenek.

Kicsit eldugott helyen van. Pihenésre nagyon jó.

Hubo tantas cosas buenas que me gustó del alojamiento, las villas son de cuento, no pierden detalle en nada, desde la terracita con la piscina y la mesa para desayunar, cenar o pasar un tiempo de descanso, también en la atención del personal, he de destacar a Novi y todas las chicas de la recepción, restaurante y personal son súper agradables, muy buenas personas y muy pendientes en todo momento, increíble la atención 10/10
