Location is convenient to eateries, 5 mins gojek to Ubud city.

Room has the smell of mold due to insufficient sunlight. Uneven flooring. Shower facility is too high to reach.

Wi-fi was not acceptable for a place marketing themselves as a co-working hotel - in the room wifi was unreliable ranging from 2 mbps to 100 mbps Your hotel booking doesn’t include co-working Wifi access, which I thought was crazy Given that wifi in the room was terrible they did give us access to co working wifi, but it only works on a rooftop so you can’t work from the comfort of your room Bed in the room was squeaky The room has glass doors - which means the mornings are super bright. They have curtains on outside doors but washroom doesn’t and all the light comes in from early morning (photos show) Rooms has uneven weird floors

The community was fantastic. Great amenities. Staff was lovely.

Maybe precise the wifi in the regular area isn’t strong and therefore there is a consequent additional cost for the Cowork Wifi.
