Rooms are neat and clean

The room service, please note before releasing a room order make sure all the cutlery and crockery are there for the guest to have the food i.e i ordered for fried rice(served in a bowl) and chilly chicken(served in a full plate) but where is the plate so that the guest can portion the food and have? The room service menu card there is a correction to be made I don't remember the course but the time mentioned on the menu card is 11:30pm to 10:30pm. The guest amenities the scribbling pad was placed near the bed and the pencil for that was placed with the room service menu near the TV suggest you to look into the same, put yourself in the guest shoe and check before the product is sold.

Worst ever stay i had in kochi. Have to vacate in just 30 mts. Stinking rooms, peel off paints, untidy bathroom, fan not working over and above pathetic service.. Not recommended
