Ubud Tropical Garden 2

El hotel esta bien ubicado, a una media hora del centro en un callejón por lo que la tranquilidad y paz que se respira en el no se encuentra en otro lugar. La limpieza es impresionante, todos los dias de la estancia entraron a limpiar , tienen la piscina conforme a la foto en la que nos hemos bañado y ellos te facilitan si necesitas alquilar una moto más barato que en la calle y el desayuno lo hacen muy rico también. Lo recomendamos al 100%

La entrada al hotel que es un corredor largo y no está bien señalizado , por lo que la primera vez que vas no sabes hacia donde tirar.

Staff were lovely and attentive, probably the highlight of our stay here. Pool was pristine and kept on top of daily, was also nice and cold.

The location caused us a lot of hassle all in all. Very hard to find initially and then even getting taxis/bikes to and from was difficult as majority of drivers don’t know where it is either. They’re currently building more rooms also which makes it that much harder to find as you have to walk past all of this first to get to the hotel - can also be a little noisy at certain hours but nothing tooo unbearable. Lights were also quite dull which wasn’t the end of the world but just made getting ready, etc. that little bit harder.

Il check in tarda sera è andato male. Ci abbiamo messo tanto a capire dove andare e chi chiamare. Per fortuna il nostro driver ci ha aiutato. La struttura è nascosta dietro delle abitazioni/templi e vicino a una casa in costruzione, quindi poco silenzio.

A lovely peaceful place

Transport to and from was a bit tricky.

I loved the location, very nice and quiet area. Also the rooms are very clean and new, nice swimming pool.

The first night was misunderstanding about late check out and I was relocated to another hotel. So you should reassure several times about late check in (mine was 2am) and if it’s available. Also the towels would be nice to clean at least every second day.
