"Disgusting stay ever."

Disgusting stay. It's still a nightmare for me. I checked in around 10:30 PM. When I checked into the room, the first impression was so poor. The bedsheets looked very old and appeared never to have been washed since the hotel opened. They were full of stains and the wool was coming off. I called reception and requested to move rooms. They moved me to a different room, which was the same as the previous room. I just wanted to sleep, so I didn't want to argue, and I requested to change the bedsheet at least. A boy came with some other bedsheets, which were in the same condition. Later, I started itching from the bedsheets, so I had to check out around 12:30 AM. They refused to refund the money and justified the situation as if they didn't do anything wrong and I did something. The most disgusting stay ever.
