The poor night officer waking up at 1 maybe even 2 o'clock to let my pal and I into the hotel

The shower was a bit knackered and the toilet is basically you literally looking into the shower. The windows also didnt open fully.

Staff amazing..Sharon and Mark...Clean and central for shops pubs busses and eateries.

Room was very basic,shower was terrible ,was not value for money ,£100 too much for this room ,very disappointed.

I originally stayed at the Western Hotel but had to relocate when it became fully booked. In hindsight, I am very pleased that I found this hotel. The property is quieter, exceptionally clean, and offers excellent value for money. The room was maintained to a very high standard throughout my stay, with housekeeping providing fresh towels and ensuring everything was spotless each day. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, and the room service was excellent. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.
