"Great place close to all amenities"

I liked the fact they were able to accomodate me on a late check in as wasnt sure if i was able to make check in time due to work and lived the 11am departure time

Located in the centre of Ayr. Parking space behind hotel. Friendly staff.

It's a charming old building, withots of wood, typically for an Inn. Because of the wood it's a bit noisy. I didn't mind and had a perfect night sleep but if you do, this may not be the Inn for you.

Location is great and staff are always sweet, even in inconvenient times

Someone walked into my room in the AM because apparently I was supposed to be in a different room from the start, but never was informed. The water in my room also would not run warm. Room temperature at best.

The very friendly and warm nature of the staff. Mark and Katie were great. The location, in the centre of Ayr, was very good too. The hotel was was warm and comfortable.
