Queens hotel

A well appointed hotel. Very friendly staff. Had trouble with the heating but the manager responded promptly and it was fixed.

It was in prime position for our planned trip to the north of Scotland. The staff after initial greeting were excellent.

Having to make up our put me up style bed, which did not look very inviting.

We had a good dinner there. It was along the way up and down the coast so the location is good if you want some place quiet. We had 3 twin beds which was the right size and the mattress was thick. The TV had lots of channels. The room was bright in the day.

The bathroom was very small. Could fit a small child comfortably, we guessed. One of the beds was especially squeaky but it was still manageable (we could continue sleeping).

Done the job.

Price for what was offered was poor!

Breakfast was a choice from a selected menu along with pastry, toast,, and juice. Service was excellent and very accommodating. We required an earlier service time and the chef was able to take of our needs without any hesitation. The food was excellent and served in a timely manner, upon our request. A family member was in the hospital and the hotel made special arrangements for us to leave our luggage in the room until, we knew the status of discharge for our loved one. We were able to leave our car in the parking lot and walk to the hospital, while we awaited information on family member. We couldn't have asked for better service! We highly recommend this sweet hotel and their delightful staff!!
