I appreciated the safety, its proximity to fire stations and police stations, and the availability of a refrigerator and microwave.

The water in the shower isn't hot. The neighbor next door is very noisy at night, and our room is on the second floor without an elevator, which is difficult because we have a child and it's unsafe for us to go up. The snow in the parking lot hasn't been cleared.

It was not cleaned at all towels smelted like pee bathroom around the toilet has pee on it and dust under beds .
