The staff at the Golden Tulip are always friendly and helpful. Kim on reception went out of her way to help me book a car to take me to the airport. She was fantastic. Otherwise still one of my favourite hotels to stay in during trips to Taichung.

My one gripe is at the restaurant. As soon as you get your food they present you with the bill to pay, I would prefer to finish my meal first and then pay.
