I loved the location, close to Oia but more relaxing!! Theodosia was so friendly & helpful during our stay. Breakfast was delicious!! The sunrise & sunset frim the pool deck were breathtaking!!

Staff were so helpful had an amazing experience would 1000 percent stay again, sunset was unreal and location was 10/10 so close to town and the beach !

"Below average & in no man’s land"

Just calm and serene

Mattress was filmsy - bathroom- location- breakfast was really really bad- it’s in middle of no civilization-only 1 staff- felt like airb&b than hotel- pictures doesn’t do justice. It felt spooky almost since there is no one around the property.
