Staff, overall ambience, location and room.was good..

The air conditioning in the restaurant was too high and uncomfortable, the songs by the singer were loud and jarring. Food needs to be hot in breakfast. Variety needs to be increased

"We expected a 4 star hotel on beach side or at a walkable distance."

The bellboy doing a great job and the room service.

The room is bad, not comfortable bed, the air-cond is leaking, and Rude staff on the counterpart. Unnecessary requirements are needed for the check-in part, such as taking our picture without consent and so on.
