Nothing really. The staff were generally helpful, Mr. Satish in particular did assist me with my train booking and that was very useful.

The photos that are shown on booking.com is not what you see in person. Poor maintenance and the property is so old. Not very clean sheets. Need to put more recent photos and not the ones you had when the hotel was built.
