Great relaxing place Very nice staff

The lake view is not really lake view . It is covered by large trees . It is lake side but not view

I have booked room lakeside but I can not see lake The furniture is too old and prmitive

I liked: Breakfast and dinner Location Cleanness Room size Stuff attitude (almost everyone spoke English)

The furniture is old and smelly The hairdryer doesn't work after usage of more than 3 minutes The water in the pool was not as advertised - 28 degrees The central heating was turned on only for about an hour every day and outside it was cold - 14 degrees. I didn't measure the internal temperature, but it was on the edge of being uncomfortable.

The hotel is at 3 star level and the room price is very high, it is also called half board, water, tea and coffee are free for breakfast, only water is free for dinner

The staff were helpful, especially one lady, her name BEYZA she was very helpful and perfect in the reception .

The hotel all needs renewal, especially the bathroom, which is very dirty . The area for breakfast and dinner has ANTICIPATING next to the buffet table. The hotel is very far from the service center.
