Panoramic view from the hotel's cafe by Abant lake. Variety of tasty food for breakfast and dinner. Kind and helpful hotel employee. Extra drinks cost reasonable.

The walking path and stairs from the hotel to the cafe by Abant lake is steep and difficult to use for old people. Noth much can be done by the hotel though, noone's fault.

At the time of checking in at the reception counter, the employee present treated us in a very respectful manner and explained to us the reasons for giving us the rooms. In the other side, there is an employee who was upset because that we objected about the rooms and we needed to be change, and she was speaking in an inappropriate manner at all.
