Location

The room did not have even basic amenities like water glasses, dental kits etc Even when we asked for glasses the staff said you will have to pay extra for it. I have not experienced such weird thing before. I complained this to reception but they said can do anything about it, I gave him extra money and he shamelessly took it. Pathetic behaviour. Location of hotel is also very far away from key spots like Nizami street, it took us more than 30 minutes to reach there. There was a balcony in room when just stepped out and having just conversation the staff came and said be quite. Why this promptness was absent when you don’t have facilities ?

I didnt like the staff’s behavior, they should respect thier guats

We have been travelling for 3 weeks and this is the only country that ask for tax for tourist. I think your government is a corrupt people.I also don't like the staff. They are very rude. Please teach them the customer service training. So they know how to entertain customers dearly specially if they come from other country.

As guests, we anticipated a warm welcome and assistance with our luggage. However, we were disappointed to find no help available upon arrival. Check-in took an unexpectedly long 30 minutes, despite our punctual arrival at 5 pm. Surprisingly, even guests who arrived earlier than us were still waiting. To add to the inconvenience, we were initially assigned the wrong room, contrary to our booking. Although the staff promised a suite upgrade within 50 minutes, it turned out to be the same standard room we had booked, devoid of any luxury amenities. The room itself was disheartening, with stained floors, a dirty bathroom ceiling, insufficient clothes hangers, worn-out towels, and a strong chlorine odor. Breakfast fell short of expectations, lacking coffee and offering only uncut bread that guests had to handle themselves. Despite requesting room cleaning before our departure, there was no change of bedsheets. Given the poor value for money, subpar service, and communication issues with the staff, it's questionable whether this establishment merits its purported 5-star rating.
