Nothing!!!! They have the worst service! To sum it up. They change your location at the minute for another unpleasant one. There's no water or electricity, they don't even specify how to get there, and they didn't answer my calls. When I arrived , the only thing they told me was that the owner had already spoken with me (A LIE!!!!, she just said there was a problem in the bathroom and that she was going to fix it, and that she needed to know my arrival time to have everything ready). It ruined my entire vacation. Speaking with people from other establishments around here, they said they always do the same thing to EVERYONE! Be careful, they're a bunch of thieves who only care about money.

Primero que todo la atención del Señor Darío ( administrador del lugar) muy atento, servicial, amable...mejor dicho no hay palabras para agradecer la gran atención que nos brindo. Cuida muy bien a sus huéspedes de no ser engañados o estafados e incluso ayudando a encontrar calidad y buenos precios. El lugar es muy seguro, una vista espectacular, una experiencia diferente para salir de la rutina, obviamente no es un hotel con lujos pero la experiencia que te brinda es inigualable, la verdad maravillosa. Si vuelvo a cartagena sin duda volvere a quedarme con ellos.
