Ottima la posizione x raggiungere a piedi Bari Vecchia. Proprietari gentilissimi. Molto carente la manutenzione ordinaria delle strutture e degli arredi, comunque ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Vista la impossibilità di parcheggio in zona, utilissimo il garage interno (anche se scomodo ) nei 2 piani interrati . La colazione non era compresa nel prezzo ma ci è stata gentilmente offerta dalla proprietaria.
