La ubicación

Escribí haciendo una solicitud muy específica, de acuerdo con mi estado de salud. Nunca contestaron. Intenté comunicarme vía telefónica para confirmar que me pudieran satisfacer esa petición y tampoco contestaron. Finalmente, con un problema grave, de columna, me asignaron una habitación en el segundo piso. Tuve que subir y bajar un montón de gradas. Creo que deberían estar más pendientes de la página y las solicitudes, si uno las hace, es porque son importantes y necesarias.
