The hotel is part of a shopping complex, with many shops, including supermarkets, nearby. Car rentals are close by as well. Inside, the hotel is a very large property and appears to have many rooms. The reception at is quite large, with many tables and a few sofas. The breakfast room is quite large and they were accommodating of gluten free diets. We stayed in a junior suite. This is a large room, with a double bed (a bit on the soft side) and a sofa bed in a separate small living room. The bathroom was a good size too. Overall it was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and polite. They provide a free transfer to and from the airport. Would certainly stay again and recommend.

There must be a water heating tank for each room, so if you like long showers or there are several people taking showers sequentially, you may run out of hot water and need to wait a little for the water to warm up again. Location is great if you’re doing day trips out of Dili or have a car, but far from the centre if you don’t. You would then be dependent on getting a taxi and the blue ones are the ones to go for (but you need to call them, rather than flag them down on the street).

Owners were incredibly friendly and welcoming. staff provided exceptional service. Facilities clean and comfortable. Restaurant exceptional. One of the best hotel stays experienced in my travels abroad.

Pool a little far from hotel

Booking.com app described the room with "balcony, terrace", but my room 52x actually faces a very high concrete wall without any balcony nor terrace of the room.

Very friendly and helpful staff and great location, nice gym, good restaurant.

This is an old hotel with good facilities, but towels and linen/pillow case are very old and should be replaced.
