Overall, good value for money. The restaurant on the premises probably offers the best food in the area. The staff were very welcoming and absolutely delightful.

Bed linens and towels could use an update. The towels in particular always smelled like they were not dried properly and have gone stale even when replaced. If there is complimentary tea/coffee in the room it’s be good to refill those too.

Everything- rooms are spacious and clean, great service- best staff ever. A great cafe at the hotel and the location is superb.

Variety limited, stredded chicken and satay chicken dried up, Salad dehydrated and fruits quality are not good.

Aircon leaking in middle of night, power cut off and mosquito. Staff are helpful, informative and nice, most of them speak good English. We didn’t manage to book the meeting room on any day, that’s a pity! I was not aware there is a business centre in the hotel.
