Denpaku Akakina Hotel

Well designed room, I liked it a lot. It has a desk by the window. Nice, modern bathroom. Outside the room, there is a large shared desk with chairs and a library of books/magazines. Staff was very helpful during my stay! Overall, I recommend it to anyone staying in that part of the island. Close to restaurants and supermarket.

Room was a bit small for unpacking/packing. I had a small room and definitely would not squeeze another person in.

The bathroom was spacious. The room had a nice view of the mountain. There's a restaurant and a souvenir store on the first floor. There is a microwave and toaster oven available for use. My room had a refrigerator so I could store food and drink.

Very thin wall. I could hear someone sneezed from the next door.

Very clean, combines traditional and modern design, very cool shop with souvenirs downstairs, conveniently located next to an Izakaya. I was worried about some negative reviews but it’s very quiet and clean and cool.

Less warm staff vs local small ones, everything a bit neutral but no issues and everything was ok.

Interior

There were some ants although they dont bite.

Staff come to pick me up at the airport and they even take us to Tomori Beach. On the check out day they also send us back to the airport by private car. Architecture is so modern and clean with Muji style and big room with high ceiling and one sofar and table for normal twin room. Big toilet as well. They have share area with lot of book and long wooden table (so quiet and private and feel so relax)​ Bus stop is infront of the hotel and 5 min walk to nearby beach | Taxi service is besides hotel as well as rental bike shop

There is supermarket near hotel 6 min walk but besides that the restaurant around the area is close.
