"Don't promote fake hotels"

Actually we couldn't find that hotel. The location shared by booking.com took us to another location where there was no hotel similar to pic you shared on the website. Even the the Google maps also couldn't locate. Please don't share such fake hotels and information. We are losing faith in the booking.com website.

Only the behaviour of one receptionist

My booking was confirmed with complementary breakfast but they haven't provided any breakfast for a single day. However I was charged for breakfast.
