New fittings

Manager should explain payment process to tourists at the time of checking in. This was not done and hence there was an argument.This can be avoided.

"Although i had the confirmation og my booking there was no room available"

The worst part is that, the property did not even had any room left at the property although we hadvtge confirmation. Instead gave me a dormatory where 10 people can share the room. I had no ither option but going with that
