Green Nature Paradise Ella

Great host and fantastic view.

WAUW is the only word that will come up when you enter this chalet with a view and receive the 5 star hospitality of the owner. Just don't be like me and search too long for a place in Ella, book this gem!

the location was stunning , amazing views over the hills, nine arch bridge , wildlife , the owner was so helpful & drove & collected us during our stay in his Tuk Tuk ... such a lovely man , our breakfast with lots of Ceylon tea was wonderful ... highly recommended

Superb location overlooking the 9 Arch Bridge. The host Upali was very helpful and friendly. Even the tuk tuk ride he gives guests to get the last 500 metres to his property is an experience! The breakfast is sumptuous, we couldn't eat it all.

A couple of the cabin doors were tight to close and the bathroom door didn't close properly.

The property is absolute paradise just like its name. The views are incredible overlooking the bridge. There are several cafes close to the bridge that are easy walking. As noted the path to the cabin is rather steep however the owner is wonderful, providing tuk tuk rides to town on request. Breakfast is wonderful. We loved our stay here, highly recommend!

All of it. Fantastic scenery looking down on the 9 Arches bridge. Breakfast was immense and having served on your balcony with that fantastic view. Upal is a fantastic host, whatever you want he will sort it out and tuk tuk rides into and back from town. My advice, book early, you’ll see why.

Couldn’t fault it.

The views are amazing, the host is very helpful, the room is clean and beautiful. The breakfast was very extensie and nice. We saw and heard squirrels on the roof, which was cute.

Amazing views, very clean room, staff was very helpful. He dropped us and picked us up everywhere we went to very attentive. Definitely we will come again

You will not meet a more kind host or have a better breakfast. The balcony had perfect views over the nine arch bridge which could be reached by steps. The room was charming and we slept very well after listening to the the squirrels playing on the roof

We stayed at Opali’s wooden cabin with a wonderful direct view on the Nine Arches Bridge. The cabin with balcony and seating area was very cosy equipped; the shower was working very nicely (which is not always the case in Sri Lanka). Our host Opali prepared the best breakfast we had on our tour through Sri Lanka. We were watching the trains passing by from our balcony and having breakfast. Our host gave us the train time schedule, so we could walk down to the bridge (5 minutes walking distance) and also see the trains passing by very closely - people were waving from the train and we waved back, which was a fun thing to do. Last but not least I want to mention Opali’s complimentary “shuttle service” from/to Ella to/from the cabin, which was very helpful to us. By the way the city of Ella is just lovely. So, if you want to visit Ella and the Nine Arches Bridge don’t hesitate to stay at Green Nature Paradise Ella. We would definitely stay again. ——————
