Impeccable service

The hotel has an excellent location, it is cozy. I appreciated the fact that on the day of departure, although they could not provide us with a late check out, they allowed us to stay in the room an hour longer free of charge. Upon our arrival at the hotel we were greeted by the staff, they went with us to our room and showed us where to find what we needed. What we didn't like was the following: right on our second breakfast we were unpleasantly surprised by spoiled orange juice, which we reported to the waiters, at our suggestion all the orange juice was given away and it was not served for breakfast that day, also the cheese at breakfast was not fresh, but was stale, also the toast bread. the waiters are nice, but their behavior does not belong to a 5 star hotel of this price category. They take your unfinished food, they disturb you while you are eating by asking if they can take your food already, they are probably not trained enough to work as waiters, I also didn't like their dress code where they serve you in sweatpants . The poolside environment is nice, I appreciate the nice and nicely equipped showers, I can also criticise the behaviour of the waiters at the pool where after ordering still water the waiter asks you what % you want to give him a tringelt when you pay. The rooms were nice, cosy, the beds were a bit uncomfortable, however what bothered us the most was the unpleasant smell of sewage in both our rooms. There was no shower gel in one of the rooms at all. Overall I would rate the hotel as a good choice considering its amazing location, however I think there are things to work on
