מלון מומלץ בחום! ממוקם במרחק של כחמש דקות הליכה בלבד ממרכז העיר ומאזורי הבילוי, במיקום מצוין ונוח. המלון נקי, מסודר ומתוחזק ברמה גבוהה, אך מה שבאמת מייחד אותו הוא הצוות המדהים. כבר מרגע ההגעה ועד העזיבה זכינו ליחס אישי, חם ואכפתי. אנשי הצוות היו אדיבים, מקצועיים וזמינים לכל בקשה, העניקו הסברים והמלצות על אזורי בילוי ואטרקציות, וסייעו לנו בכל דבר שנזקקנו לו – החל מהזמנת כרטיסים למעבורות ועד לתיאום השכרת רכב ובאגי. התחושה לאורך כל השהות הייתה שמתייחסים אל האורחים כמו אל בני משפחה. השירות יוצא מן הכלל, האכפתיות מורגשת בכל פרט, ואין ספק שנשמח לחזור ולהתארח במלון שוב. מומלץ מכל הלב!

The resort was magnificent. The pool area was awesome. I had a private pool with s beautiful view. The staff was amazing.

I would like to highly recommend and thank Astro Palace Hotel for an unforgettable experience in Santorini. Beyond the beautiful facilities, what truly made our stay special was the incredible staff, who made our whole family feel completely at home. From the moment we booked the hotel, the manager, Hope, contacted me personally to learn about our plans and even arranged a pickup for us. When we arrived, we were surprised with an upgrade to an even more beautiful room, including a private pool and a private rooftop jacuzzi. The staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our stay. Ahmed at the front desk was always kind and helpful. Saeed and the rest of the breakfast buffet team remembered exactly how I like my coffee every morning and made us feel so cared for. Cleopatra was simply amazing, she greeted us every day with the biggest smile, made us feel like close friends, and always had wonderful recommendations for shopping and local culture. I also cannot recommend this hotel enough for accessibility. Our mother needed a place with minimal stairs and elevator access, and the hotel was extremely accommodating and comfortable for her needs. Hope, if you are reading this - thank you for taking care of everything we needed. We truly felt that you genuinely cared about making our stay perfect. Now about the hotel itself, everything was excellent. The breakfast buffet was rich, varied, and delicious. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The location is ideal: close enough to the lively center of Fira with all the shops and restaurants, yet peaceful and relaxing at the same time. It’s only about an 8-minute walk to the center, with convenient car accessibility as well. I honestly don’t have enough words to describe this place, but it absolutely made our vacation pleasant, memorable, and incredibly special. Highly recommended!

Just a couple of small recommendations for improvement, although they did not take away from our wonderful experience: My mother and aunt stayed in the indoor jacuzzi villa, and because of the chlorine, there was a noticeable smell in the room. I do want to mention that the hotel kindly offered to move them to a different room, but they personally preferred to stay. Perhaps in the future, the indoor jacuzzi area could be redesigned or ventilated differently. Another small recommendation would be to provide fresh water bottles in the rooms daily. Although the staff were always happy to provide water upon request - no charge - having it refreshed automatically would make the experience even more comfortable and convenient.

O atendimento é excelente, ótima localização perto do centro, café da manhã excelente. O quarto é lindo e muito limpo. Todos os funcionários são extremamente educados e atenciosos.
