Der Kundenservice und das Frühstück war überragend. Sehr nettes Personal!

Die Abluftanlage im Appartement war sehr laut, es wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen, mega guter Service!

Die Unterkunft ist eine 10/10 Alles ist super toll und top gepflegt, die Lage ist super‘ Und das Frühstücks Buffet ist eine 11/10 War jetzt mein 5tes Mal dort und bin jedesmal positiv überrascht. Ich liebe alles dort!

Sauna Größe und Ausstattung des Apartments. Die Hundefreundlichkeit und generell das Personal Das Restaurant

Ich muss leider 2 Punkte abziehen. So richtig warm wurde es im Apartment nicht und es war ständig ein Summen oder Brummen von der Lüftung oder sonstigen Geräten. Mag subjektiv sein, aber ich empfand als störend - gerade beim Einschlafen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war von der Auswahl sehr schön, aber auf dem Niveau hätte ich mir doch nicht nur Aufbackbrötchen und Convenience Pancakes gewünscht (war jetzt zumindest unter der Woche so. Ob es am Wochenende anders ist, kann ich nicht sagen) Für ein Sporthotel mit der Ausstattung für Tennis usw. Hätte ich doch mehr erwartet was den Fitnessbereich angeht. Das waren 3 Cardiogeräte am Wandende - schade. Das sind aber schon alles Details - würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
