City Break

The accommodation was nice and very clean, and it was located close to the city center. There was also a supermarket nearby and short walk from the bus station Fresh towels and complimentary bottles of water were provided in the room every day.

The beds were uncomfortable because they were too soft. We were also disturbed by noise from outside.

Everything was excellent. It's a lovely modern place to stay, close to the main tourist sights, shops, restaurants etc. Everything in the room was clean and comfortable, and linen and towels were good quality. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and bars a few minutes walk from it, but the area was very quiet at night, and I slept well. The host was efficient and helpful and spoke good English. Very good service from start to finish, and highly recommended.

L’emplacement est top, l’hôtel se trouve au cœur des restaurants et à quelques minutes à pied de la caldeira. Prix correct pour le lieu et la chambre propre.

La nuit c’est impossible de dormir, beaucoup trop de bruit (moto, voiture, musique et les gens), c’est très mal insonorisé malheureusement et lit trop petit. Il manque un grand miroir dans la chambre

The location, the room, the staff, literally everything was PERFECT. I was traveling with a friend and this is the perfect location to stay in. The bed was SO comfortable and the room was pristine. The staff was so nice, he accommodated and early check in and he was also able to hold out bags while the room was ready.

Everything was great, I don't have any constructive criticism for this hotel.
