We had a great stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The room was spacious and light, and the pool was wonderful. It’s also a short drive away to beautiful beaches, and the homemade breakfasts were amazing (especially the eggs).

Beautiful hotel situated in the middle of the town. The decor was gorgeous, the room spacious, and Paulina responded to all our questions and requests within minutes. The swimming pool area was equally elegant and comfortable, even though it was down the street from the hotel. As other guests already mentioned, the view from the terrace is fabulous, it's like having breakfast while looking at a painting.

An amazing property in a great location in the quiet town of Arta which you can use as a base to drive out to the various beaches or other parts of the island. The hosts were very friendly and breakfast each morning was superb overlooking the town from the rooftop. The rooms are spacious and clean, with cleaning provided on demand. The recently built pool is beautiful and the perfect place to unwind after a hot day exploring the island. We found the pool to be very quiet as the hotel only has 5 rooms so we often had a private pool which was amazing. Finally, the hotel provide beach towels and a beach basket which are really useful to take with you to the beach / pool. We would definitely recommend both Arta and this hotel!

- Air-con seemed to only go to 23 degrees lowest, which could mean the room gets quite warm in the hotter weather. - No fridge in room which would have been nice to keep water cold etc but there is a fridge on the top floor you can grab drinks from, and the hotel subsequently charge you at end of stay.

Great boutique hotel good location fantastic vista on roof for breakfast, communal area. Lovely new pool development. Excellent hosts.

Unfortunately we had a ground floor room which was at street level. Windows all frosted, no view. We weren’t aware of this and probably would have chosen another venue if this information had been disclosed. Also this room should definitely be costed differently to the other 4 rooms on first floor and above. Otherwise fine.

The breakfast at the rooftop with an amazing view was lovely. The new pool area is stylish and you can really relax. What I loved most was how friendly and helpful Paulina was. I felt at home. I will definitely come back.

The room was facing the street therefore it was a bit noisy in the morning. but Paulina even tried to accomodate and change the room for me
