Great location Nice room Near to the beach they gave us the choice between three rooms

The location of the hotel is pretty good. although it needs refreshing in many ways. The price you pay is ok for the comfort although proably would try another hotel and pay little more. Although we have seen many offers and chose this one. The photos of the rooms are not showing the actual state.

We chose the room with street view. although that was not a good idea, since during the night there was loud noise comming from a loudspeaker during whole night, so if you decide to stay in this hotel maybe you should choose a room without street facing windows.

Kind and nice host It was warm We had very hot water Room was clean Location in the city center. Quiet (if you choose a room with a view in the back yard)

Everything was absolutely perfect! We were welcomed and given fantastic recommendations on where to eat, to snorkel, etc. The room was great, the AC worked wonders and the location was good to explore Aqaba centre on foot. We could borrow some snorkeling gear before heading out to the beach.

Near the market,local restaurants and seaside. We were given two options for the room where we will be staying for the night.

Quick responses and correspondence before arrival. The owner was very nice and friendly, providing informations about the area and securing parking spot right in front of the hotel. The hallways seemed very clean and sumptuous. Free snorkeling masks are nice addition (but if you need better masks better take your own). Diverse and interesting neighborhood, authentic and safe.

The price has been favorable, but it doesn't justifies filth, primarily in the bathroom. Cleaning staff does its best (we were sorry seeing that the owner shouted at cleaning man) and it seems more like they don't have appropriate tools and detergents or clean towels for replacement. There are renovations in the hotel going on (we could hear drills on the upper floor late in the night), so hopefully some things will get better, but I think the owner should make new showers before renovations of ceilings and lighting. We would point this out to the owner on departure, but he was asleep in the lobby. I am very sorry having to give bad evaluation (the worst I ever gave) but that is reality. Hope it will improve

Room was clean and tidy, staff polite and kind. Very close to the beach. I would recommend.
