The staff is very very very friendly and helpful; the restaurant is good, breakfast was somewhat simple but good enough and included in the price, the pool was very relaxing, the garden is pleasant and they have elevators. The area is very pleasant and peaceful and the common areas are cozily decorated.

Not the hotel's fault, but there's a church right beside it and quite early in the morning they insistently ring the bells as if the vikings were coming... also, the sound insulation is not that great so if you have noisy neighbors, you will surely hear them. The curtains are not blackout at all so if you're sensitive to the light, don't forget to bring your sleeping mask. The mattress was somewhat too soft/ worn-out and the pillows were too big or too small. There was a considerable amount of hair from a previous guest on the floor, so I was a bit skeptical about the cleanliness standards (but the bedsheets and towels were very clean and new). There are no vending machines for stuff like water, snacks etc.: that would be very helpful considering the place is kind of in the "middle of nowhere", perfect for a hike but there are no supermarkets nearby. Also, the area is not covered by public transportation at all (only school busses on week days), so you'll need a car or spend a lot with taxis.

Wonderful peaceful location with lovely local walks and sunny terrace . Staff were wonderful ,helpful and friendly. Dining room was lovely and light in the morning for breakfast. Pool was blissful.
