Location, staff very friendly,

Too few bars, queued constantly for drinks, Room was very dated and needed refurbishment

The hotel facilities were amaing my eldest child enjoyed the pool a little too much first one there in the morning and one of the last ones to leave, had great facilities and activities for all ages.

The biggest negative point about this hotel, was the quality of food. Less is more is an understatement, eventhough the choice of food is overwhelming good, the qulity is where it lacks significantly. Food lacked flavour and I couldn't wait to not ever taste the food again.

Das gebuchte Zimmer ist top! Die Anlage ist sehr groß und schön in der Natur gelegen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr oft am Handy und bei einer Frage gibt es nur eine leicht genervte Antwort. Die Auswahl fürs Essen und die Süßspeisen sind groß, wobei der Geschmack stark ausbaufähig ist (uns hat die Qualität für ein 5* Hotel nicht überzeugt).

Çoçuklu ailenin gideceği tek adres Belekte burası olabilir , otelin konumu sahili aqupark ve akşam eğlenceleri harika gayet tatmin ediyor. Açık büfe snek bar pool ve beach bar gayet atıştırmalıkşar fazlasıyla yeterli ve içeride ayrıyetten 3 adet de alakart restorant var normal büyük restoran haricinde , Otel yüz ölçümü olarak çok büyük olduğu için içeride herşey düşünülmüş ve yapılmış, futbol sahası voleybol sahası fitness salonu vb. Biz memnun kaldık fazlasıyla size en önemli ipucu vermem gerekirse odanızın kesinlikle HİLLS standart odalardan birisi olması , biraz fiyatı yüksek ama karşılığını fazlasıyla alacagınıza eminim, eğer giderseniz sizde anlamış olacaksınız , bizim bulunduğumuz blokta katta havuz (pool) olması ayrı bir hava kattı tatilimize. Hergün etkinlik yaptılar , gerçekten çok teşekkür ederim ASTERİA

Food and drink it great.

Room not as clean.

Rooms were nice and cleaned to a good standard. Snacks day time were 3 star at most. But eatable.

The food in the main restaurant was absolutely disgusting. I think we ate in it twice. The staff were not very accommodating. I felt like I was an inconvenience to serve. The late night snack was left over dinner in the main restaurant. The food was 1 star if that.
