Отель вряд ли тянет на 5*. Номерной фонд оставляет желать лучшего. в бунгало по вечерам прохладно, кондиционер не настроен на тепло. Попросили поменять номер, поменяли, переехали в главный корпус, но заплатили 40 евро, Также у нас выезд из номера был 17.00. нам продлили до 15.00., но заплатили 30 евро.

Staff - amazing, kind, hardworking, helpful, happy, personable. Food and restaurants - always so delicious with so, so many healthy, fresh options,

Smoking - please do not allow smoking at all areas of resort, especially restaurants. Designated areas would be appreciated, especially with children. Being from Canada, this was definitely eye opening. We were also shocked at the amount of waste created by the resort. Cups and straws - recycle them, don’t just leave in the little pot garbage cans that ends up collected and discarded as garbage. Expect more from your guests - finishing the food you take at buffet, tidying your own poolside/beachside sitting area (recycle and discard your waste/don’t it to be picked up) - most guests were so messy and lazy and ignorant about how they leave public areas, expecting so much from employees when they could easily clean up after themselves. This was also shocking to us and our kids, who took better care of your resort than most adults there did.
