The location, room, food and entertainment were great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Our room was very close to the disco arena and music was very loud until 1 am. But we liked the central location and did not want to change the room.

Essen hat gut geschmeckt, die Anlage wurde gut gepflegt und Strand war sauber. Auch das Unterhaltungsprogramm war ansprechend.

Das Personal war unfreundlich, Zimmer sehr abgewohnt und mit vielen Schäden. Schlechter Service - alle "Extras" kostenpflichtig. Kinderclub hatte nur insgesamt 5 Stunden am Tag geöffnet.

A nice family-run hotel with beautiful green grounds. The staff goes out of their way to please everyone. The cuisine is varied, and they really try their best!

From the moment we arrived, the standards of hospitality and professionalism were far below what any guest should expect from an establishment promoted on Booking.com. 1. Ignored Room Requests: Despite contacting the hotel weeks in advance to request adjacent rooms so that my elderly mother could be accommodated nearby, this request was completely disregarded at check-in. No explanation or effort to rectify the situation was offered. 2. Lack of Basic Guest Orientation: Upon arrival, we were provided with no information regarding the resort’s facilities, how to reach reception, or where to go for meals. We were not even issued towel cards for the pool or beach and had to figure out all details independently. This level of neglect is unacceptable. 3. Invasive Housekeeping Practices: On multiple mornings, cleaning staff entered our room without knocking, breaching our privacy and comfort. Such behavior is unprofessional and entirely inappropriate. 4. Serious Health and Safety Violation: The most disturbing incident occurred when we discovered a large shard of glass inside a wine glass served to us at the resort. Had my partner consumed the final sip, it could have led to severe internal injury or medical emergency, placing us in serious danger while abroad. This is not merely poor service—it is a grave health and safety breach that could have had catastrophic consequences. 5. Rude and Negligent Restaurant Staff: At the à la carte fish restaurant, the main waiter displayed shockingly rude behavior. Initially, we were denied outdoor seating, and when it began raining after we were eventually seated, none of the staff assisted us in moving our food or finding shelter. The lack of professionalism and concern for guests’ wellbeing was unacceptable. 6. Lack of Assistance with Luggage: At both check-in and check-out, no assistance was offered with our luggage—another clear indication of poor service and disregard for basic hospitality standards.

A lot of facilities. SPA, beach.

First 3 days my kids were allowed to use water slides. Than people changed and they my kids became to small for them. Breakfast was ok, but thats it. Nothing special. Sport eqipment that we rented was so old and damaged, that was almost unusable. rooms wasn't clean.
