Hotel is just on the the Bagdogra Airport highway and close to it. If you ask something genuine, they will provide you the same but if you don't ask, they will not provide you even essential things like glass, sleeper, chair, soap etc.

Hotel gallery and nearby places are smelling (smoking etc). Staff is also not very much cooperative and hygienic. During check-in, they have taken full money and no one was available during checkout
