I didn't like how staff did not help us with our bags I wasn't a fan of the shower, as it was old and appeared to need repairs Hotel room was okay but the beds was not as comfortable as other hotels The swimming pool was in the reception, so everyone that came to check in could see you swimming

The location. Staff were nice

Fridge didn’t work at all. Always smelled like cigarettes (lobby and rooms). Toilet leaked and bathroom wasn’t clean. No kettle or bin. Wouldn’t stay there again nor recommend sorry.

The staff was there for late check-in . They were very helpful as my flight was delayed and I only arrived in Bali airport at 11.30pm. They also did room-calls to remind the guest for check out.

Cleanliness is very poor. Sheets and toilet were dirty.

Bathroom floor was thick with some sort of filth, the toilet made a loud glugging sound for 30 minutes after every time I flushed it and it was also filthy, the TV was broken, I went out for a walk around and when I returned I had an email to say that they were fully booked and would have to leave, your problem not mine! I went to dinner and when I returned I had another email saying that the advertised price that I paid was wrong and I was undercharged and that I would have to pay more! Again your problem not mine!, felt like they were just trying to scam extra money out of me so I checked out without staying the night. I've never written a bad review before but that was unacceptable

Nothing at all, unstayable, unclean, unfriendly, unhelpful, unsanitary

My children and I couldn't even spend an hour there, there was so much black mould in the bathroom, bugs in the bed and room, toilet and sink were unusable, shower was that bad couldn't even use it using thongs.. I have travelled to Bali more than 18 times and have never Eva experienced such bad service...I was then NOT helped to transfer to another hotel with my children and suitcases, I was not offered to have my money refunded,that I paid to the hotel in full for the full 2 weeks...it was the worst experience Eva. ...
