Raghu Vilas

An amazing stay at Raghu Vilas. There are 2 bungalows that have been converted into comfortable stays for guests. Unlike other properties where space is a constraint, at Raghu Vilas there is ample space in each room. We had booked the deluxe room which was quite spacious. We saw the Madho Bawan right adjacent to our room and loved its setup. We requested for an upgrade and to our surprise the manager upgraded it free of charge. The manager, Mr Deepak has been very helpful, right from helping us navigate (we had taken a shorter route as per map which turned out to be quite adventurous. Better stick to the main road as the hotel is on the main road hardly 50 meters before the taxi stand on the gun hill ropeway side), to helping us book taxi for sightseeing, ensuring dinner is served on time etc. the staff also are very helpful and keep enquiring if they can assist with anything. Everything about this property is great (old world charm, with modern amenities, beautifully manicured lawns with amazing views of Mussoorie and Doon valley, coupled with amazing hospitality). I’ve experienced all kinds of hospitality in multiple countries and never have I been so sure that next time as well I’d love to stay at this property. Do give it a try, I’m sure most people would love the ambience, hospitality and great views and easy access to Mall Road from the property.

We, five couples, in the age group of 65-75 years lived at Raghu Vilas blissfully for 7 nights, in the last week of May 2025. This was possible only due to the comfort the Vola gave and the exceptional service we got from Ajay and his team mates, Kamal, Satye Singh, both the Rahuls, Sanjay, Ram and Vijay. They took exceptional care of each one of us. The services were top class. We will surely return back to this heavenly abode, multiple times. The view we get of Dehradun on day as well as night is mind boggling. Ajay manages his team mates really well. The place offers a very high value for money.

I recently stayed at Raghu Vilas, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. During our recent stay, Manager Deepak Bhatt demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep understanding of the hotel's operations. His proactive approach to addressing our needs and concerns was truly impressive, and we appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

It was a truly wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, and the property itself was absolutely beautiful. There was a small garden that added a lovely, peaceful touch to the place. I can’t believe how quickly my four days here flew by. Undoubtedly this property is my first choice in Mussoorie. Unlike other hotels, this heritage property is managed by Ajay ji and Deepak ji, amazing people and always remains on their toes to give the best services. We prefer coming here again and again because of the good services by the hotel. We always booked family suite which is quite spacious with garden in the front, sitting area and mountain view. Other advantage is that mall road is just 4-5 minutes away by road. Parking is a big plus. My parents and kids enjoy here alot.

I am a 100% sure there's no better place than Raghu Villas in Mussoorie. Amazingly good good at great prices, very cooperative staff, stunning views and rooms, perfect location too. It is riveting and the Manager Ajay is also a great guy! If you're in Mussoorie, be in Raghu Villas!

Raghu Vilas is a Home away from home. Each and every person working there is warm, always with a smile. The Rooms are neat and clean , simple and tasty food, lovely View from the lawns. Away from the hustle and bustle but still within walking distance to the Mall. This was our Third trip , looking forward to many more. Than you Mr Ajay and Mr Deepak for your warm hospitality.

Ajay Bartwal helped a lot during my stay. I was there for my friend’s wedding. He was very punctual and caring. We had a great wedding because of him. He never said no to any requests. Raghu Vilas is a great place to het married! The view is mesmerizing. Evening marriage will be great.
