"Pathetic - cancelled and did not stay."

Nothing. I cancelled the stay and they did not even give me my 2000 back.

Everything. No clean bathrooms, broken doors and walls panels. Stinking with alcohol and smoke smell. They wanted to cancel booking.com booking and sent a qr code to pay 2000 advance and did not repay it. Staff mainly the guy in the reception os rude and not even has the basic courtesy to speak with customers especially senior citizens and women.
