Staff behaviour is good, that's the only thing I like here.

The breakfast they served here is very below quality and quantity, for 4 small set dosa they charged 250/- & didn't provided the hot water for bathing in evening time's. Everything is overpriced here , they arranged a sightseeing cab for us as a package for 4200 rs for 2 days in that package 70% places were outerview's only like NRC outer view etc and in the remaining out of 30% , 20% are shopping malls like tea selling shop's and chocolate selling shop's. Usually we can get sightseeing cab for 1600 rs per day in OOTY, but they manipulate me in the name of package by overpricing everything. And they arranged a fare auto rickshaw for 350rs to go to bus stand which is just 2 km away from the resort's. Literally they looted us. If you wanna stay here you must have a personal vehicle for yourself.

For 5 idli's the cost was rs 210rs very much disgusting they loot money for everything, the room is average they provide average food not value for money we pay

The rooms are average not good as value for money, no proper beds the pillow covers and beds are dirty bathroom has a bad smell, they turn off the water heater switch over all experience was not that good for the money we pay

Didn't get mobile range and wifi didn't get in room High food rate Hot water not allowed

The road to the resort is not good.
