We recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately our experience did not match what we expected from the booking. When we booked the room, the pictures and price shown online made it look like a modern and comfortable room. However, the room we were given was different from what was advertised, even though it did have a terrace. It was not new, and for the price we paid, it was too expensive. The reception staff were polite, but they did not offer any changes or solutions. There were several issues in the room itself: • There was only one small mirror in the bathroom, which is very uncomfortable for a woman — there should at least be a mirror in the room itself. • The smell in the bathroom and shower area was very unpleasant. The pool was extremely dirty — the cleaning system was not working at all. I didn’t even use it because it was so filthy, and the day before there were even cockroaches around. The breakfast was terrible. The à la carte option that you pay for was disappointing — the presentation, the food, everything was far below expectations. The location is not convenient — there are no restaurants nearby, only the hotel’s own, and at night it is difficult to go anywhere without a car. The beach is also very dirty, nothing like the pictures. There are no sunbeds outside as shown in the photos, and the outdoor areas are poorly maintained. For the price we paid, this was extremely disappointing. We wanted to leave when we saw the room, but we couldn’t, due to the late arrival from the airport and the cost of changing hotels. Honestly, we will not return to this hotel, and we feel the pictures and online descriptions should be updated to accurately reflect reality
